These Terms of Sale govern any acquisition you make from Certifié Luxe through certifie-luxe.com.
1. The piece
The piece you receive will match the photographs and description on the product page in all material respects. Where the description includes a condition narrative, that narrative is binding.
2. Pricing
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. International orders may attract additional duties; we calculate and pre-pay these where possible (DDP).
3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe; iyzico cards in Turkey; Tabby and Tamara installments in the GCC; and bank transfer for orders ≥ £25,000.
4. Shipping & risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Every shipment is fully insured to the order value.
5. Returns
You may return any piece within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging, with all certificates included. We arrange and pay for insured collection. Refund within 5 working days of inspection.
6. The Authenticity Promise
If a piece is ever proven misrepresented in authenticity, condition tier, or material composition, we refund the full price plus 25%. Lifetime, transferable.
7. Disputes
English law governs this agreement; the courts of England have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
