First
Structural Examination
Each piece arrives at our atelier and is examined hand-in-hand by the appropriate in-house specialist — gemologists for jewelry, horologists for watches, leather specialists for bags. Weights are taken. Measurements recorded. Photographs taken under controlled light against a reference background.
Second
Brand-Specific Verification
Hallmarks are read against our reference archive. Movement architecture is opened where appropriate. Leather grain, stitching, and hardware are inspected at magnification. Serial numbers are cross-referenced with manufacturer databases (where they exist) and brand registries.
Third
AI-Assisted Image Cross-Check
For selected references, photographic evidence is run against a fine-tuned vision model trained on hallmark, font, leather grain, and stitching anomalies invisible to the naked eye. Where the model and the specialist disagree, the specialist’s judgment leads.
Fourth
Registration
On a clear pass, the piece is minted a unique six-character Certifié serial, written to our immutable archive, and accompanied by a printed and digital certificate signed by the specialist. The piece may now bear the Certifié mark.
